Return policy

If your purchases from Garderoba Sustenabilă do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 calendar days.

EXCEPTIONS

• The following products and services are non-returnable:

• Downloadable digital content (planner, eBook, workbook, digital guide, etc.)

• Styling services that have already started

How can I return a product?

Please send an email to contact@garderobasustenabila.ro including the following information:

• Name of the person who placed the order

• Name and bank account (IBAN) for the refund

• Phone number used for the order

• Order number for which the return is requested

• Name or code of the returned product(s)

• Reason for return

Steps to follow:

• Prepare the parcel using the original packaging, exactly as received.

• After the return request is processed, you will receive details regarding courier contact and the corresponding AWB.

• The courier will collect the parcel from the specified address.

• Once the return is received and approved, the amount will be refunded to the specified bank account within a maximum of 7 business days.

• A 20 RON processing fee, covering transport costs, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  If you choose to return the products via another courier company, the shipping cost will be fully covered by you.

Reasons for return refusal

Please consider the following conditions before returning a product. If these are not met, the return will be refused and the parcel will be sent back with shipping costs charged to the recipient:

• The product is damaged, shows signs of use, or has removed tags. All items must be in impeccable condition, exactly as received.

• The product is not returned in its original box and packaging.

• The return parcel contains products different from those specified in the return request email.
