How is delivery handled?

SERVICES

For services, scheduling of appointments and meetings (in-person or online) will be agreed upon mutually, depending on location and preferences.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are available for instant download once payment has been completed.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Delivery is carried out via express courier within 1–3 business days, starting from the day the parcel leaves my studio.

The shipping cost is 20 RON for courier delivery. For orders over 300 RON, delivery is free of charge.

The shipping fee will be included in the invoice issued by the Seller and reflected in the total amount payable, as indicated in the order confirmation email.

Products are delivered via an express courier service between 09:00 and 18:00. If the client is not available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notification. A second delivery attempt will be made the following day or on an agreed date. If delivery fails a second time and the parcel is not collected from the courier’s office, it will be returned.

If I am unable to fulfill an order due to product or service unavailability, the client will be informed promptly. The client may request either a replacement product or order cancellation.

If delivery deadlines cannot be met, a new estimated delivery date will be communicated.

During holiday periods or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended.

I am not responsible for delays, losses, damage, failed deliveries, or incorrect deliveries caused by circumstances beyond my control, such as:

  • Failure by suppliers or third parties to meet obligations

  • Road blockages or landslides

  • Natural events: earthquakes, storms, floods, etc.

  • Bridge collapses, train derailments, strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions

  • Human-related causes: war, revolutions, civil unrest, etc.
